My bank offers me to fill up a guaranted form for a credit card as a “valued customer”. What’s difference with

an application form? I’m surprised as my credit scoring is not really good.

Was the card issued by the bank?

If so you have applied for the card that the bank issue the person who offered to fill in the form may be receiving a heft commission for doing this for you.
